We collect and process productivity-related data such as task completion, time tracking, milestones, and project progression. This data is used exclusively to provide core functionalities, improve user experience, and generate performance insights. We do not sell or misuse this data.

Experience points (XP), rewards, and progression indicators are provided solely for motivational and engagement purposes. They do not represent any monetary value, ownership rights, or contractual obligations.

In organizational accounts, administrators are responsible for managing user roles, permissions, and access rights within their teams. The platform is not responsible for misuse of permissions or internal management decisions made by organization administrators.

Users may customize notification frequency and style, including reminders related to tasks, deadlines, and project activity. By enabling notifications, you consent to receiving such communications. You can modify or disable notifications at any time.

Users may upload files to support project-related activities. While we implement reasonable storage measures, we do not guarantee permanent storage or backup of uploaded files. Users are responsible for maintaining copies of important data.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make efforts to ensure reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent data availability.

The platform implements appropriate security measures to protect user data. However, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity performed under a user's account is considered their responsibility.

Users agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access, distributing malicious content, interfering with system operations, or engaging in illegal activities. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated date at the top of this notice.
