Agency

The Agency is the outermost container of your AxisPace workspace — your company, studio, or freelance brand in the system.

When you sign up, AxisPace creates an Agency for you automatically. Everything else — organizations, teams, and projects — lives inside it. You can think of the Agency as the single source of truth for all your work.

What you can do in your Agency

Create multiple Organizations

An Agency can contain as many Organizations as you need — one per client, department, or use case.

Invite members

Add people to your Agency so they can be assigned to Organizations and Teams.

Set Agency-wide roles

Control what members can see and do across all Organizations with top-level permissions.

Manage settings

Update the Agency name, logo, and preferences from the settings panel at any time.

Name your Agency

Choose a name that represents your company or brand. This appears across the interface and in invitations.

Invite your first members

Send email invites or share your Agency invite link. Members join the Agency and can then be placed into Organizations and Teams.

Create your first Organization

Once the Agency is set up, create an Organization to group your first project.
